WONDERFUL BOOK!!!
I've had this man as a political science teacher for years, and not only is he brilliant, but he is well articulated when it comes to the specifics of his subjects. Reading this book is like listening to him in class. If you want to know anything about personnel administration, look no further. This book covers all the details. WONDERFUL JOB!!!

The Quotable Lawyer
Published in Paperback by Checkmark Books (December, 1998)
Authors: Elizabeth Frost-Knappman, David S. Shrager, and Scarlet Riley
Average review score:

Well-organized and thorough
The book contains more than 3,000 quotations organized into general topics, helpfully listed at the beginning. Within each topic quotes are listed chronologically, with proverbs and sayings at the beginning.

Those looking for specific quotes can try the author or subject indexes at the end. I found the sources complete and accurate. They tell not only who said it, but when, where, case #, etc. This book is a valuable resource.

racula: The Original 1931 Shooting Script (House of Dracula Universal Filmscript Series)
Published in Paperback by Magicimage Filmbooks (December, 1990)
Authors: Philip J. Riley, Magicimage Filmbooks, and George Turner
Average review score:

ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL
So MUCH information & images, many I'd never seen before. A compendium indispensible in understanding how the story moved from novel to stage to screen. Production stills, various early script treatments in their entireties... including oddities such as Forry Ackerman's 1st Edition Dracula hardcover signed by everyone from Stoker to Lugosi to Chris Lee and WAY beyond. Unbelievable-- a true treasure.

The Rainbow Circle of Excellence: Lessons from a Championship Season
Published in Paperback by Watermark Publishing LLC (October, 2001)
Authors: Riley Wallace, Michael D'Andrea, and Judy Daniels
Average review score:

A great book for ball players and fans
Riley Wallace, the long-time head basketbal coach at the University of Hawai'i, is one of college basketball's best. What's more, Wallace is one of the true class acts in sports.

This book is a reflection of all that Wallace is, what he stands for and how he coaches. It is a very valuable tool for communicating to the young ballplayer (middle school and high school players should read this over and over), as well as provides insight for the basketball fan.

Highly recommended.

The Red Sox Reader
Published in Paperback by Mariner Books (01 April, 1999)
Author: Dan Riley
Average review score:

Terrific Treatise on Boston's Best
Red Sox Reader is a wonderful collaboration of the best articles written on the Sox. It includes stories from the most significant events in Sox history, ranging the Babe's move to the Yanks to the 1986 Series. It also includes an interview with Bill Lee, a couple of articles by the editor (who was an English teacher in my hometown for years), and perhaps the greatest article on a Boston event - "Hub Fans Bid Kid Adieu" by John Updike. I would recommend this book to any Boston fan who appreciates good writing.

Tailored to students in business and management.
As someone who works privately with dissertation students, I recommend this book. When students in the business and management contact me, I recommend that they use this book as reference. The authors anticipate and answer many of the questions that students have about dissertations in business and management.

Resurrection Reconsidered: Thomas and John in Controversy
Published in Paperback by Fortress Press (April, 1995)
Author: Gregory J. Riley
Average review score:

Facinating discussion of the various views of resurrection.
This is an eye-opening, basic primer on the various views of resurrection among the early Christians: was there a spiritual or fleshly resurrection and why? The views of Jesus, Paul, and the Gospel of Thomas (spiritual resurrection) are contrasted with the position of the Gospels of John and Luke and Ignatius of Antioch (fleshly resurrection). Chapter One is a must!
